Welcome! My name is Tathra Street and I am a facilitator, coach and consultant.
I'm all about empowering groups and individuals to recognise the power of emotional and collective intelligence, and to provide supportive tools and techniques to achieve greatness.
My consulting work isn't about telling you what you already know, it's about using what you already know to build something greater than the sum of the parts.
As a facilitator, I cultivate the collective intelligence and illuminate what a group can accomplish together.
Through coaching, I work with people to access their inner wisdom in order to illuminate the path ahead. If you have a decision to make or are feeling stuck, our work brings clarity among the chaos.
My work in each of these areas allows for greater access to our less dominant intelligences and paves the way for integration: the best state for accessing all of our wisdom.
My vision is to increase our capacity for wisdom through integrated intelligences. The more we can use different ways of knowing, the wiser our choices will be personally and collectively.
