Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful Japanese technique that feels like a wonderful radiance of gentle energy - very relaxing and calming.
It is a clothes-on treatment that works with the whole person including mind, body, emotions and spirit and can be done in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
“rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy).
If our ‘ki’ is low we are more likely to get sick. My treatments assist people to truly relax and and either maintain or regain their energy and therefore their health.
