I help people get improved outcomes by understanding themselves and the people around them better.
Why? Most problems come from unmet unrealistic expectations. A better understanding of ourselves and others makes life easier in business or private life.
I have two areas of interest:
1. Helping people to create lifestyle businesses. Businesses that they love even if financially they don't have to.
Most people spend more than 50% of their time at work. Why would you want to waste half your life doing something you don't like?
2. Creating engaged teams. Worldwide statistics suggest that the engagement level of most organisations' teams is under 15%. This means you are only getting 6 hours of engagement in a 40 hour week. They might be physically there but not much is happening.
Engagement levels exceeding 70% are achievable with better paradigms and tools.
