€ An independent childbirth education program called the The Birth Weekender, 2 day course for parents to gain greater knowledge and understanding of labour, learning specialised hypnobirthing tools and techniques they don’t teach in hospitals for you to feel confident towards birth and excited to meet your baby.
€ Belly Balance is a 6 week program with weekly group support sessions for mothers only to connect to each other, their pregnancy and babies. Using birth wisdom group discussions, sacred movement stretches and pregnancy meditation.
