Hurunga Developments Limited (‘HD’) operates in the modular design and construction sector. HD provide opportunities and support for Māori and Pasifika peoples throughout the Pacific to create a prosperous future for their whānau and leave a legacy for future generations.
The mission of HD is Developing people through property development. This mission brings to the fore that HD is about the development of people just as much as the development of properties. Property development is the tool and mechanism that we have chosen to grow our people in employment, resilience, entrepreneurship and wealth.
We provide support for highly skilled professionals to start their own businesses and a pathway for Māori and Pasifika people into a much needed skill set of utlising land for housing solutions.
