Unique, tranquil private bungalow, 1.2 hr from Melbourne or train to Geelong station. 15mins from Geelong CBD & its significant waterfront, Ocean Grove surfbeach, Portarlington, Queenscliff, BarwonHeads, IndentedHeads, 40mins to Torquay. Close to numerous wineries, eateries, art galleries, nurseries, walking/bike trails, reserves, parks, lakes, golf courses(13th Beach, Curlewis +driving range). Geelong is home of the AFL CATS- fans will be in for a treat!!! Include welcome continental breakfast.

The space
Private studio with super comfy Queen bed, bathroom, 2 separate toilets. extra Double sofa futon bed available to accommodate 4 people in total on open plan with a japanese screen for privacy, but minimum stay is 2 nights for 4. There are 2 toilets available. Large reverse cycle air-conditioned North facing sunny comfortable living room overlooking tennis court with basketball hoop and beautiful expansive gardens you can appreciate from the huge deck that gives a blend of relaxing cottage feel and Australian landscape. Free Wifi and Television available. Electric blanket provided in winter for main bed. Well appointed full kitchen, bar and dining area and much much more. Books & games to occupy time, or use the tennis court with basketball ring (byo balls & racquets, basketball), a cricket field (byo cricket gears) or footy to kick around in the field, . Lots of wild ducks, birdlife around the dam surrounded by beautiful white lilies when in season. There is also an outdoor sunken fire pit, great in winter.

This is a free standing Pavilion/Studio on the same property a distance from the main house.

Quite often we get groups of than 4 and they can book both accommodations, but everyone congregates in the spacious pavilion for group time, dining, etc. and only utilize the room accommodation for sleeping arrangement of up to 2-3 people.
