I guide people through the legal process of buying and selling property. I also help my clients help with:
Transferring property (title transfers between family members, buying and/or selling a strata unit/block of land/house);
* Mortgages;
* Refinancing; and
* Leasing.
Conveyancing transactions that I assist my clients with include:
* Title, land and council searches;
* Inquiries to government and developers;
* Acting as an interstate agency for individuals, companies and financial institutions (on behalf of
clients based interstate, I act on settlement of discharge of mortgages and further assistance with
NSW property forms);
* Acting as a Prescribed Witness to a Power of Attorney form (applies to Conveyancing transactions
where the Deponent is a client); and
* Finalising mortgage and loan documents as well as a number of other issues specific to property
transactions.
In particular, I specialise in assisting first home owners, and work hard to ensure that their experience
of buying their first home is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
