Your Box can be delivered to your door free of charge (in Townsville),
And we collect the full box at your door anywhere.
When we collect the box we inform you what shipment the box will be loaded into and it will be so, not left behind to following shipment.
We pick up any day in Townsville and on set days elsewhere.
Check with your agent or our website for pick up dates,
Your box will be stored in SECURE and INSURED storage until we load the container, (High and dry and out of the sun).
We send a SMS when the container depart Townsville and when it arrive in Manila,
Our forwarder in the Philippines (a Philippines based company. Was incorporated 2012) have also insurance to protect cargo from any untoward event that may take place,
We do reply to messages / SMS. (Often the same day).
We do the little extra for our customer.
