Dosage : Suggested 0.2-1g as Tea /Decoction.
This herb makes a fairly pleasant tasting drink.

This is a concentrated Extract – a dry powder which contains the essence of the plant only -minus the wood fibre and moisture.
it takes about 500g of raw dry plant material to produce 50 grams of this extract.
The extract dissolves easily in wam water.
It can also be easily made into a tincture by dissolving it in some alcohol.
